Return and Exchange Policy:

We are very deliberate and attempt to be comprehensive in our descriptions and measurements. No matter what our recommended sizing might be, we know every figure is unique -- Please Check your measurement using our Sizing Guide and compare to the measurements of our garments before purchasing. Please check out our "Sizing" Page from down below. 

• All purchases may be returned within 7days from receipt under most circumstances at our discretion for exchange or store credit. Cash-back returns on in-stock items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• You must contact us to receive RETURN AUTHORIZATION before posting any return to avoid incurring unnecessary fees and postage. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal by Moon of Morocco.
  
  
• Store credit is limited to in-stock items only. We kindly request you use this credit anytime during the same calendar year. Please feel free to call or email for assistance to help you find the right match for you.
  
  
• Exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to our office.
  
  
• We do our best with the technology available to represent colors on our website. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us.
  
  
• Authorized items MUST be returned in perfect condition as a courtesy to the next customer. Items that have had their paper tags removed, have been worn and/or laundered, sprayed to mask odors etc. are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
  
  
• Again, PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and contact us with ANY questions before purchasing. We're VERY happy to help!
  
  

• All unavailable colors can be ordered from our color chart dyed especially for you are considered a special order, which means all sales are final No return or exchanges and they could take up to three weeks delivery. Please Email to place a special order.

Shipping Policy:

• We offer free shipping for US orders totaling $300 or more if no other discount has been applied. We use major shipping carriers such as UPS or USPS or DHL for our product delivery. Shipping charges are based on your purchased items. please check the item description fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to arrive. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to / from our office. 

Limitation of Liability:

• Moon of Morocco shall not be liable for any damages of injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access this site, or from your reliance on any information contained in this site.

We Reserve the Right:

• To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or number/s provided. We will refund the currency paid using the original method received.
• All orders are subject to availability of stock.
